ABM Pop Up Video Series

I spearheaded the development and execution of an ABM Pop Up Video project. This initiative focused on creating highly engaging, short-form videos to help sales reps demonstrate the power of human insights to enterprise customers.

Project Management & Strategy

I established a scalable production framework to meet high content demands while maintaining strict brand standards.

  • Workflow Optimization: Developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that utilized a “Generic” template which was then duplicated and customized for specific brands, significantly reducing production time.
  • Production Management: Successfully managed the delivery of over 27 account-specific videos, including major brands you know and love, during the third quarter to ensure momentum leading in the fourth quarter.
  • Standardization: Defined rigorous constraints for optimal engagement, including a roughly 1-minute total video length, a limit of 4 contributor soundbites, and specific 12-second caps per clip.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with Integrated Marketing, Demand Gen/ABM, Design, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure all videos included personalized Calls to Action (CTA) and aligned with overarching account goals.

Video Editing & Technical Execution

I served as the lead editor and motion graphics designer, creating a distinct visual style inspired by the popular “VH1-style” pop-ups.

  • Advanced Motion Graphics: Built custom After Effects compositions featuring a bounce effect expression for all pop-up elements.
  • Designed specialized device mockups (laptops/smartphones) to embed contributor footage.
  • Audio Engineering: Standardized audio workflows using Adobe Audition to ensure high-energy soundtracks matched the brand’s aesthetic and video time constraints.
  • Implemented an audio spectrum effect for contributors without video, using precise technical settings to maintain visual interest.
  • Brand Integration: Created a system for “insight bubbles” using rounded rectangles with specific layering and color palettes to ensure high readability and brand alignment.
  • Asset Creation: Sourced and managed a library of icons and sales representative headshots to provide a personalized, “human” touch to B2B marketing collateral.
